General Information: General Description

The purpose is to verify the status of CAN controller and CAN communication line when error is detected.

NOTE: if any of the following conditions occur, 'Occupant Classification System (WCS, PODS, BOSE) Reset must be performed again after checking OCS Diagnostic Codes.
  1. Passenger Side Body Sense Sensor (ECU) or seat cushion assy (except of seat track assy) is replaced.
  2. The telltale lamp is not illuminated when the passenger seat is not occupied.
  3. The telltale lamp is delayed more than 10 seconds to be turned off when an adult passenger seats in.
