Visual Inspection

  1. Ignition "OFF"
  2. Refer to "PAS SENSOR CONNECTOR REMOVAL " and check for proper installed condition of Front & Rear PAS Sensor.
  3. Remove any dirt or contamination on/and around Front & Rear PAS Sensor area.
  4. Check for correct type of sensor installation.
  5. Check for any damage or distortion of sensor and sensor bracket.
  6. Has any problem been found?

    YES 

    • If no problems were found with the circuits or connectors, replace concerned Front & Rear Sensor and go to "Verification Of Vehicle Repair " procedure.

    NO
