General Information: General Description

PAS (Parking Assist System) is an electronic driving aid device that warns driver to be cautious of surrounding obstacles when they are parking. PAS consists of 8 (Front: 4, Rear: 4) PAS sensors which uses ultrasonic waves to detect obstacles and sends signal via LIN communication to BCM. BCM receives signals from PAS sensors and operate buzzer or transmits data to Instrument Cluster for display.
