DTC Information: DTC Detecting Condition

Item Detecting Condition Possible Cause
Case 1 DTC Strategy
  • Signal check, high.
  1. Poor connection
  2. Open or short to power in signal circuit
  3. MAPS
Enable Conditions
  • Engine speed greater than 80 rpm.
Threshold Value
  • Sensor voltage greater than 4.8 V.
Case 2 DTC Strategy
  • Out-of-range high.
Enable Conditions
  • -
Threshold Value
  • MAP greater than 110 kPa (1.1 bar/15.95 psi).
Diagnostic Time
  • Continuous.
MIL ON Condition
  • 2 driving cycles.
