Component Inspection

Perform OCV Actuation Test
1. Connect GDS to Data Link Connector (DLC).
2. IG KEY "ON" & ENG "OFF".
3. Perform "Actuation Test " for OCV.

Inspect OCV
1. IG Key "OFF".
2. Disconnect OCV connector.
3. Measure resistance between Pin No. 2 (Power) terminal and Pin No. 1 (Control) terminal of the OCV#1. (Component Side)
  Specification: Approx. 10Ω at 30°C (86 °F)

Confirm Part Inspection
1. Does the OCV operate properly and is the measured resistance within specification? (Check variation)
  YES
  - Go to "VERIFICATION OF VEHICLE REPAIR " procedure.
  NO
  - Carefully re-do this troubleshooting guide steps.
  - If problem still occurs, replace OCV and then go to "VERIFICATION OF VEHICLE REPAIR " procedure.
