Signal Circuit Inspection

  1. IG "OFF" & Disconnect IATS connector.
  2. IG "ON".
  3. Measure voltage between Pin No. 3 (signal) terminal of IATS harness connector and chassis ground.

    Specification:  Approx. 5V

  4. IG "OFF" & Disconnect PCM connector.
  5. Measure resistance between Pin No. 3 (signal) terminal of IATS harness connector and chassis ground.

    Specification:  ∞

  6. Is the measured Value within specification?

    YES 

    NO
