Item Detecting Condition Possible Cause
DTC Strategy
  • Noisy signal
  1. Open in Power Circuit
  2. Short to ground in Signal Circuit
  3. Poor connection or damaged harness
  4. Faulty VCMA
Enable Conditions
  • IG KEY ON
  • 11V < Battery voltage < 16V
Threshold Value
  • Gradient check of actual port flap position is too high
Diagnostic Time
  • 0.2sec.
MIL On Condition
  • 2 driving cycle
