Repair Procedures: Removal

Disconnect the negative (-) battery terminal.
Remove the driver airbag module. Refer to DRIVER AIRBAG (DAB) MODULE AND CLOCK SPRING .
Remove the steering wheel. Refer to STEERING COLUMN & SHAFT .
Remove the steering wheel cover (A) after loosening the screws.

Remove the steering wheel remote control switch connector (A) after loosening the mounting screws.
