General Information: DTC Detecting Condition

Item Detecting Condition Possible Cause
DTC Strategy
  • Monitoring voltage range(Circuit open/short check)
  1. Circuit open or short
  2. PCM/TCM
Enable Conditions
  • 9V < Battery voltage < 22V
  • Time after TCM turns on>0.3sec.
Threshold Value
  • 24.5V < Solenoid power voltage < 7V
Diagnostic Time
  • More than 0.2sec.
Fail safe
  • Locked into 4th gear
