General Information: DTC Detecting Condition

Item Detecting Condition Possible Cause
DTC Strategy
  • Rationality check
  1. Performance error
  2. Output speed sensor
  3. PCM/TCM
Enable Conditions
  • Shift lever position = "D"
  • Vehicle speed > 50Km/h(31.1MPH) (by PCM/TCM)
  • Output speed > 1rpm
  • Battery voltage > 10V
Threshold Value
  • Vehicle speed x 1.5 < output speed 0rpm
  • Output speed 0rpm < vehicle speed x 0.5
Diagnostic Time
  • More than 5sec.
Fail safe
  • Locked into 4th gear
  • Sports mode 2 ↔ 3 ↔ 4 possible
  • Teaching not allow
