Repair Procedures: Replacement: Removal

NOTE:
  • Put on gloves to protect your hands.
  • Use seat covers to avoid damaging any surfaces.
  1. Remove the following items:
    1. Front pillar trim, both sides.
    2. Windshield wiper arms and cowl cover (Refer to FRONT WIPER MOTOR ).
    3. Inside rear view mirror.
  2. Remove the front pillar garnish (C).
  3. Remove the windshield glass upper molding (A). Remove the spacer.

  4. Cut out the windshield sealant using the sealant cutting tool (A) (09861-31100).

  5. Remove the windshield (A) carefully using the glass holder (B).
