System Inspection
- Visual Inspection
- Check "Air intake/exhaust system"
Check for looseness, deterioration, or contamination on air cleaner, throttle body and gasket.
Check for contamination, damage, or clogging of exhaust gas system.
- Is the air intake/exhaust system OK?
YES
Go to "COMPONENT INSPECTION " procedure.
NO
Repair as necessary and go to "VERIFICATION OF VEHICLE REPAIR " procedure.
