Scan Tool Check

- Turn the ignition switch OFF.
- Connect Diagnostic tool to the 16P data link connector located the driver-side kick panel.
- Turn the ignition switch ON.
- Check for diagnostic trouble using the scan tool.
- After completing the repair or correction of the problem, erase the stored fault codes.
- Disconnect the scan tool from the 16P data link connector.
