Power Circuit Inspection

Check voltage
1. IG "OFF".
2. Disconnect Cooling fan relay (low).
3. IG "ON" and ENG "OFF"
4. Measure the voltage between terminal 2, 5 of Cooling fan relay (low) harness connector and chassis ground.
  Specification: B+

5. Is the measured voltage within specification?
  YES
  - Go to "CONTROL CIRCUIT INSPECTION " procedure.
  NO
  - Check if cooling fan fuse is open or not installed.
  - Repair or replace as necessary and then, go to "VERIFICATION OF VEHICLE REPAIR " procedure.
