Repair Procedures: Reassembly

  1. Install the clutch coil (A).

  3. Install the clutch coil nuts (A-3ea).

  5. Insert each wire to the connector housing.

  7. Widen two ends of the snap ring (A) and install the carrier assembly (B).

  9. Install the ring gear (A).

  11. Install the snap ring (A) between the carrier (B) and ring gear (C).

  13. Install the front output shaft assembly outward from the case.

  15. Install the snap ring (A).

  17. Install the reduction hub (A).

  19. Install the main shaft (A).

  21. Install the oil filter (B) and the magnet (A).

  23. Install the reduction fork (A).

  25. Install the shift shaft and cam.
  26. Install the fork rail (A).

  28. Install the lockup clutch (A) with the lockup fork (B).

  30. Install the clutch housing (A).

  32. Install the return spring (A).

  34. Grease the contact surface of the cover and install the transfer cover (A).

  36. Install the transfer cover bolts (A-17ea).

  38. Install the rear flange (A) by using press.

  40. Install the nylock nut (A).

  42. Install the dynamic damper (A) by installing bolts (B-4ea).

  44. Install the TCCU and motor assembly (A) by installing bolts (B-3ea).

  46. Connecting the connectors, install the wiring assembly (A).
