Serial Communication Status Check

Connect the cable of scan tool to the data link connector in driver side crash pad lower panel.
Select the "STATUS CHECK".

After IG ON, select the "SRx COMM. LINE STATUS CHECK".

Check the serial communication line with a scanner.
If the smart key works normally, the communication of smart key unit, exterior receiver are normal.
If the smart key does not work properly, check the following items.
1. Disconnection or no response of the exterior receiver communication line.
2. The exterior receiver communication line disconnection and ground connection.
