Water Pump

Install the water pump.
1. Install the water pump (B) and a new gasket with the 3 bolts (C).
  Tightening torque: 11.8-14.7 N.m (1.2-1.5 kg-m, 8.7-10.8 lb-ft)

2. Install the alternator brace (A) with the 2 bolts (D).
  Tightening torque: 19.6-26.5 N.m (2.0-2.7 kg-m, 14.5-19.5 lb-ft)
Install the power steering pump bracket (A) and bolts (B, C).
Tightening torque:

Bolts (B): 34.3-49.0 N.m (3.5-5.0 kg-m, 25.3-36.2 lb-ft)

Bolts (C): 14.7-19.6 N.m (1.5-2.0 kg-m, 10.8-14.5 lb-ft)

Install the alternator. See ALTERNATOR BELT INSPECTION & ADJUSTMENT .
Install the power steering pump. See CHECKING POWER STEERING BELT TENSION .
Install the timing belt idler.
Install the timing belt. See INSTALLATION .
Install the water pump pulley.
Install the drive belts.
Tighten the water pump pulley bolts.
Tightening torque: 7.8-9.8 N.m (0.8-1.0 kg-m, 5.8-7.2 lb-ft)
Fill with engine coolant.
Start engine and check for leaks.
Recheck engine coolant level.
