Valve Body: Reassembly

CAUTION:

All reassembled parts must be thoroughly cleaned.
Do not use grease and use the petrolatum or industrial Vaseline if necessary.
Apply AT fluid to all of the components.
Do not use the cotton gloves. Use paper towel or nylon fabric.
After reassembling the valve body, be careful not to insert the dirt and dust into the valve body.

Install the damping valve and the damping spring on the outside valve body.

Install the two steel balls, spring, strainer on the inside valve body.

Install the control valve on the valve body.
Tighten the valve body bolts.
A: 6 X 60 (19EA), B: 6 X 55 (1EA), C: 6X 70 (4EA)

TORQUE: 10-12 N.m (100-120 kgf.cm, 7-8 lb-ft)

Install the solenoid valve assembly (A).
- Prior to assembly, remove the marked parts.

Install the main harness (A) on the valve body.
