Fuel Tank: Removal
- Preparation
- Fold the rear seat cushion. Refer to "SEAT
".
- Open the carpet (A).

- Remove the service cover (B).
- Disconnect the fuel pump connector (A).

- Start the engine and wait until fuel in fuel line is exhausted.
- After engine stops, turn the ignition switch off.
- Disconnect the fuel feed quick-connector (A) and the fuel tank pressure sensor connector (B).

- Remove the RH-rear inner wheel house.
- Disconnect the fuel filler hose (A) and the vacuum hose (B) connected with the canister air filter.

- Lift the vehicle and support the fuel tank with a jack.
- Disconnect the vacuum hoses (A, B) from the canister.

- Remove the fuel tank mounting bolts (A) and remove the fuel tank from the vehicle.
