Front Brake Disc Thickness Check

- Remove all rust and contamination from the surface, and measure the disc thickness at 8 points, at least, of same distance (5mm) front the brake disc outer circle.
Front brake disc thickness
Standard value: 30 mm (1.18 in)
Limit: 28 mm (1.10 in)
- Thickness variation should not exceed 0.005mm (0.0002 in) (circumference) and 0.01 mm (0.0004 in) (radius) at any directions.
- If wear exceeds the limit, replace the discs and pad assemblies on the left and right sides of the vehicle.
