DTC P0713 Fluid (Oil) Temperature Sensor Circuit - High: DTC Detecting Condition

DTC DETECTING CONDITION POSSIBLE CAUSE

Item Detecting Condition Possible cause
DTC Strategy
  • Check the voltage range
 * ATF T/S : Automatic Transmission Fluid Temperature Sensor
  • OPEN OR SHORT IN CIRCUIT
  • Faulty ATF T/S 1
  • Faulty TCM
Enable Conditions 
  • Oil temp, at IG "ON" ≤ -39°C
  • Engine speed > 1000 RPM
  • Output speed ≥ 500 RPM
  • Engine coolant temp. ≥ 70°C
  • Delay time = 160sec
Threshold value 
  • Input voltage > 4.8V
Diagnostic Time 
  • 10 minutes accumulative total
Fail Safe 
  • Fluid temperature is regarded as 80°C
