Ignition "ON" & Eng. "OFF"

Measure the voltage between terminal 58 of the ECM harness connector and chassis ground. Refer to specifications

Is voltage within the specification?
YES
- Go to TERMINAL AND CONNECTOR INSPECTION
NO
- Possibility of control circuit or component malfunction. Check open or short in the control circuit. Repair as necessary and go to "VERIFICATION OF VEHICLE REPAIR " procedure.
  If OK, go to TERMINAL AND CONNECTOR INSPECTION
