DTC DETECTING CONDITION CHART

Item Detecting Condition Possible Cause
DTC Strategy
  • Voltage range check
  • Open or short to ground in signal circuit
  • Open in power supply circuit
  • Poor connection or damaged harness
  • Faulty MAF sensor
Enable Conditions
  • 10V < Battery voltage < 16V
  • Time after start > 0.5 sec
  • Engine speed > 544 RPM
  • Throttle opening > 10.4%
Threshold Value
  • MAF sensor voltage < 0.07V
Diagnostic Time
  • 2 sec.
MIL On Condition
  • 2 Driving Cycles
