Front Airbag Sensor: Removal

Use the same procedures for the RH side and LH side.
The procedures listed below are for the LH side.

PRECAUTION
CAUTION: Be sure to read "PRECAUTION " thoroughly before servicing (See AIRBAG SYSTEM ).
DISCONNECT CABLE FROM NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL
CAUTION: Wait for 90 seconds after disconnecting the cable to prevent airbag deployment.
REMOVE COOL AIR INTAKE DUCT SEAL (See DISASSEMBLY )
REMOVE ENGINE ROOM SIDE COVER LH (See DISASSEMBLY )
REMOVE FRONT UPPER FENDER PROTECTOR UPPER LH (See REMOVAL )
REMOVE FRONT BUMPER COVER (See REMOVAL )
REMOVE HEADLIGHT ASSEMBLY (See REMOVAL )
REMOVE FRONT AIRBAG SENSOR
1. Remove the 2 bolts and front airbag sensor from the body.
2. Disconnect the connector from the front airbag sensor LH.
