Solenoid Valve Checking

  1. Remove the valve body cover.

  2. Disconnect the connectors of each solenoid valve.

    Standard value(at 20°C(68°F)): 2.7 - 3.4ohm

  3. If the resistance is outside the standard value, replace the solenoid valve.
  4. Measure the duty rate of the solenoid valve using Hi-scan tool when operating the solenoid valve.

    * Above-shown control pressure values are commonly output fluid pressure at 85°C(185°F)
