Self-Diagnosis Function: Self-Diagnosis: Procedure

  1. Warm up the engine.
  2. Turn key SW ON, OFF over twice finally to OFF position (Wait five seconds).
  3. Switch select lever to P range, key SW ON.
  4. Turn key SW OFF.
  5. Move select lever to D Range.
  6. Turn Idle SW ON (Accelerator full close).
  7. Turn brake SW ON.
  8. Turn key SW ON.
  9. Wait three seconds.
  10. Turn sports mode SW ON (Move select lever to sports mode).
  11. Turn brake SW OFF.
  12. Turn sports mode SW OFF (Switch select lever to D range).
  13. Turn brake SW ON.
  14. Turn brake SW OFF.
  15. Full release and full depress accelerator.
  16. Finish diagnosis.
    • When an error code has occurred, check inhibitor, Sports mode, Brake, Idle, and Pull SW system. Refer to "Inhibitor, Sports mode, Brake, Idle, and Pull SW system ."
