Retrieving Diagnostic Trouble Codes

  1. Connect Scan Tool  to OBD-II DLC (Data Link Connector). OBD-II DLC is located below left side of instrument panel, near center console.
  2. Start engine.
  3. Refer to the Hi-scan tool instruction manual and retrieve any DTCs (Diagnostic Trouble Codes).
  4. Refer to DIAGNOSTIC TROUBLE CODES . Inspect and repair any applicable condition, as instructed.
  5. When no further codes are retrieved, proceed to AFTER REPAIR PROCEDURE.
