Case 2	Enable Conditions	AFS voltage is less than or equal to 1.7V coolant at start is greater than or equal to -10°C Air temp. at start is greater than or equal to -10°C
Case 2	Threshold value	Tfbi	> 300 sec @ -8°C > 110 sec @ 20°C > 60 sec @ 82°C
