Link Assembly: Installation

Slide link assembly into position through driver's side access hole.
Position pivot shafts in their holes and install mounting nut and bolts.
Extend link assembly fully and connect link slot to wiper motor ball joint.

Install wiper motor. See FRONT WIPER MOTOR .
Place cowl vent in position and install screws and fasteners.
Install wiper arms and blades. See WIPER ARM and WINDSHIELD WIPER BLADE .
Check system movement. Wiper arms should stop 1.18 inch (30mm) (Driver side) and 1.46 inch (37mm) (Passenger side) from lower windshield edge.
