Front Shock Absorber Assembly: Installation

  1. Place the shock absorber and tighten the 4 flange nuts. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS  .
  2. Tighten the 2 flange bolts. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS  .
  3. Install the control link to the shock absorber. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS  .
  4. Connect front flexible hose to the bracket.
  5. Install the wheel and tire.
  6. Lower vehicle, and recheck caster and camber.
  7. Readjust if necessary. See ON-VEHICLE SERVICE
