Trouble Codes

ABS diagnostic trouble codes (DTCs) are specific enough to indicate a problem with an individual component or circuit. ABS control unit notifies a problem by illuminating ABS warning light. Light will stay illuminated as long as ABS problems exist. Diagnostic trouble codes are stored as 4 digit codes, with up to 17 codes stored. Each of these codes indicate a problem component or circuit.
