Fuel Injectors: Removal

Release fuel system pressure. See FUEL SYSTEM PRESSURE RELEASE  . Disconnect injector connectors. Remove wiring harness from fuel rail. Remove fuel rail retaining bolts. Remove fuel rail, injectors and pressure regulator as an assembly. See Figure . Carefully remove injectors, grommets and insulators from fuel rail.
