Speed Sensor: Notes

  1. Connect voltmeter between TCM terminal C221/16 and ground.
  2. Turn ignition on, remove speedometer cable from transmission and turn speedometer cable one turn. There should be about 3.5 volts, indicated 4 times in one revolution. See appropriate control unit connector in CONTROL UNIT CONNECTORS & TERMINAL VOLTAGE  CHARTS.
