Left Quarter PDC - PHEV: Notes

REMOVAL 

  1. Disconnect and isolate the negative battery cable(s). Refer to 2.0L, 12 VOLT BATTERY DISCONNECT .
  2. Using a trim stick or equivalent, remove the left quarter trim panel access cover.

  3. Remove the electrical terminal nut and positive cable from the PDC.

  4. Release the retaining tabs securing the PDC to the PDC bracket.
  5. Pull the PDC out from the PDC bracket and disconnect the wire harness connectors. Remove the PDC from the vehicle.

  6. If necessary, remove the fasteners from the PDC bracket and remove it from the vehicle.

INSTALLATION 

Follow the removal procedure in reverse for general reassembly of the components on the vehicle. The steps listed below are calling out specific procedures that should be followed during installation.

NOTE: After Installation of a new Fuse Array, please go to the "Guided Diagnostics" routines on the WiTech tool and run "ESS 150 Amp Fuse Check".
