| Faults | Monitoring Conditions | Set Conditions | Possible Causes |
|---|---|---|---|
| Ignition Coil Control Secondary Circuit (P2302, P2305, P2308, P2311, P2314, P2317) |
The Powertrain Control Module (PCM) detects that the Ignition System Control Module (ISCM) has identified Ignition Coil Secondary Circuit is open. |
| Ignition Coil Control Circuit Low (P2300, P2303, P2306, P2309, P2312, P2315) |
The Powertrain Control Module (PCM) detects that the Ignition System Control Module (ISCM) has identified a short to ground in the Coil Primary Control Circuitry. The ISCM measures amperage above 24.36 amps. |
| Ignition Coil Control Circuit High (P2301, P2304, P2307, P2310, P2313, P2316) |
The Powertrain Control Module (PCM) detects that the Ignition System Control Module (ISCM) has identified a short to voltage in the Coil Control Circuitry. The ISCM measures voltage above 5.6 volts or equal to 6.1 volts. |
