Shift Cable Adjustment

Remove the shifter bezel. Refer to BEZEL, SHIFTER, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .

1 - Shifter Cable Adjustment Lock

2 - Shifter Cable End
Pull the manual lever on the transmission fully forward to the park detent position.
Release the shifter cable adjustment lock.
Make sure the shifter is in the Park position.
Lock the adjustment by pushing the shifter cable adjustment lock down on the shift cable.
Install the floor console bezel. Refer to BEZEL, SHIFTER, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .
