- This bulletin applies to N4 vehicles built on or after November 01, 2023 (MDH 1101XX) and on or before April 04, 2024 (MDH 0404XX).
- This bulletin applies to H1, B1 vehicles built on or after June 24, 2023 (MDH 0624XX) and on or before May 12, 2024 (MDH 0512XX).
- This bulletin applies to M1 vehicles built on or after September 04, 2023 (MDH 0904XX) and on or before May 12, 2024 (MDH 0512XX).
CUSTOMER SYMPTOM
Customers must experience a Malfunction Indicator Lamp (MIL) illumination and the vehicle must exhibit/set one or more of the following Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTCs):
- C170C-00 - PBC (Event PBC Factory Mode)
- C1436-86 - Electric Parking Brake System Fail
- C10D0 - Electronic Park Brake System Failure.
Customers may experience one or more of the following:
- Vehicle does not accelerate properly
- Anti-Lock Brakes System (ABS) warning light on.
NOTE:
**The above Customer Symptoms are only applicable to vehicles with Plant Mode on.**

This Technical Service Bulletin (TSB) has also been released as a Rapid Service Update (RSU) 24-111, date of issue August 02, 2024. All applicable RSU VINs have been loaded. To verify this RSU service action is applicable to the vehicle, use VIP or perform a VIN search in DealerCONNECT/Service Library. All repairs are reimbursable within the provisions of warranty.

DIAGNOSIS
**This RSU only applies to vehicles on the RSU VIN list.**
REPAIR PROCEDURE
- **Is the vehicle in Plant Mode?
- YES >>> Proceed to Step 2 .
- NO >>> This bulletin does not apply. Normal diagnosis is needed.**
- Replace the BSM (ABS) Module. Refer to the detailed service procedures listed in DealerCONNECT>Service Library>Service Info>under: 3340A12 - Centralina Hidraulica e Eletronica Do Circuito A.B.S - Remocao/Recolocacao Ou Substituicao. Ciclo Completo (Inclui Sangria).
- Clear any DTCs that may have been set.
