Electronic Shift Module (ESM)

REMOVAL 

1. Remove the floor console cup holder. Refer to CUPHOLDER, FLOOR CONSOLE, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .

   1 - Fastener

   2 - Floor Console Trim

2. Remove the fastener and lift up to disengage the floor console trim. Repeat procedure for other side.
3. Open storage bin door.

   1 - Electronic Shift Module (ESM)

4. Lift up on the Electronic Shift Module (ESM) to release the ESM from the floor console. Disconnect the wire harness connector and remove the ESM from the vehicle.

INSTALLATION 

Follow the removal procedure in reverse for general reassembly of the components on the vehicle.
