Instrument Panel PDC: Notes

REMOVAL 

1. Disconnect and isolate the negative battery cable(s). Refer to 3.6L, BATTERY DISCONNECT AND CONNECT or 5.7L, BATTERY DISCONNECT AND CONNECT .
2. Remove the steering column opening cover. Refer to COVER, STEERING COLUMN OPENING, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .

   1 - Instrument Panel Power Distribution Center (PDC) Bracket to Crossbrace Bolts

   2 - Instrument Panel Power Distribution Center (PDC)

3. Remove the instrument panel PDC bracket to crossbrace bolts.
4. Release the wire harness retainer(s) and disconnect the wire harness connectors from the instrument panel PDC.
5. Remove the instrument panel PDC from the vehicle.

INSTALLATION 

During installation, torque the fasteners to the specifications in the torque table(s) below.

Follow the removal procedure in reverse for general reassembly of the components on the vehicle.
