Fuel Pump Control Module

NOTE:

If this Electronic Control Unit (ECU) is being replaced with a new unit, use a diagnostic scan tool to perform the Flash Programming Procedure (if available).

REMOVAL

1 - Wire Harness Connector

2 - Nuts

3 - Fuel Pump Control Module

Raise and support the vehicle. Refer to HOISTING, STANDARD PROCEDURE .
Remove the right rear splash shield. Refer to SHIELD, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .
Disconnect the wire harness connector from the fuel pump control module.
Remove the mounting nuts and remove fuel pump control module.

INSTALLATION

During installation, torque the fasteners to the specifications in the torque table(s) below.

Follow the removal procedure in reverse for general reassembly of the components on the vehicle.

Tighten the fuel pump control module nuts securely.
