If removed, position the EVIC switches (1) to the bracket (3). Install the fasteners (2) and tighten securely.

Connect the wire harness connector (2) to the EVIC switches (1).
Install the EVIC switches (1) into the steering wheel (3), pressing firmly to verify the cleats are fully engage.
Install the drivers air bag. Refer to AIR BAG, DRIVER, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .
Connect the negative battery cable. If equipped with an Intelligent Battery Sensor (IBS), connect the IBS connector.
