Antilock Brake System (Abs) Module

The ABS module:

• transmits to the ACC module the vehicle speed signal.
• transmits to the ACC module the compensated (offset from the raw value) longitudinal acceleration signal.
• transmits to the ACC module the compensated (offset from the raw value) lateral signal.
• transmits to the ACC module the YAW rate.
• receives torque request signals from the ACC module.
• checks the received torque request from the ACC module for plausibility.
• transmits the torque request, if valid, to the PCM.
• transmits the brake prefill status to the ACC module.
• receives deceleration requests from the ACC module.
• transmits the brake intervention type signal to the ACC module.
