Sensor, Manifold Absolute Pressure (Map): Removal: 2.4L

  1. Disconnect and isolate the negative battery cable. If equipped with an Intelligent Battery Sensor (IBS), disconnect the IBS connector first before disconnecting the negative battery cable.
  2. Remove the belly pan.

  3. Disconnect the Manifold Absolute Pressure (MAP) sensor wire harness connector (2).
  4. Rotate the MAP sensor 90° counter clockwise and remove sensor (1).
