Removal And Installation: Installation

  1. Position the top steering column shroud (2a) by engaging the inside clips (2b).
  2. Install the small closeout flange (1a) by engaging the inside retainers (1b).

  3. Tighten the fasteners (1a) that secure the top shroud to the steering column (1b).
  4. Position the lower steering column shroud by engaging the inside clips.

  5. Tighten the fasteners (2a) that secure the lower shroud (2b) to the steering column.
  6. Install the instrument cluster bezel. Refer to BEZEL, INSTRUMENT CLUSTER, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .
