Module, Fuel Pump Control: Removal

  1. Disconnect and isolate the negative battery cable. If equipped with an Intelligent Battery Sensor (IBS), disconnect the IBS connector first before disconnecting the negative battery cable.
  2. Remove the rear seat. Refer to REMOVAL .
  3. Remove the rear carpet assembly. Refer to CARPET, FLOOR, REMOVAL .

  4. Disconnect the fuel pump control module wire harness connectors (2).
  5. Remove the fuel pump control module bracket mounting fasteners (1).
  6. Remove the fuel pump control module from the mounting bracket.
