Cluster Assembly

Install the cluster bezel onto the instrument cluster. Refer to BEZEL, INSTRUMENT CLUSTER, INSTALLATION .
Make sure the steering column is at its lowest position.

Position the instrument cluster close enough to the instrument panel to connect the instrument panel wire harness connector (1) to the receptacle on the back of the cluster housing.
Position the instrument cluster down into instrument panel bottom end first, aligning the mounting tabs.
Tilt the top of the instrument cluster forward until the upper mounting hole aligns with the upper fastener clip in the instrument panel.

Install and tighten the fasteners (2 and 3) that secure the instrument cluster (1).
Position and install the steering column seal.
Connect the negative battery cable. If equipped with an Intelligent Battery Sensor (IBS), connect the IBS connector.
