The Electric Power Steering (EPS) Module is detecting that DTCs C15C1-00 and C2217-00 have set multiple times causing this DTC to be active. Follow the diagnostic routines for these faults first. Check for mechanical issues in the steering gear, suspension, or steering linkage causing unassisted power steering.
