When Monitored

This diagnostic runs one time during an ignition cycle when the following conditions are met:

• Ignition on.
• System voltage above 10.38 volts.
• Stop/Start enabled.
• Condition one: 
  • The Stop/Start Relay is commanded closed (on).
  • Starter Solenoid Relay commanded open (off).
• Condition two: 
  • The Stop/Start Relay is commanded open (off)
  • Starter Solenoid Relay commanded open (off).
