U0100-00-Lost Communication With ECM/Pcm

NOTE:

Perform this diagnostic procedure ONLY when the DTC status is "Active". If the DTC status is "Stored" DO NOT proceed with this diagnostic procedure. A "Stored" DTC will not affect the performance of the vehicle.

The COMMUNICATION DIAGNOSTIC PROCEDURE MUST  be performed before replacing any component(s) or module(s). Perform the COMMUNICATION DIAGNOSTIC PROCEDURE. Refer to COMMUNICATION DIAGNOSTIC PROCEDURE .
