Front Heat Shield

REMOVAL 

1. Remove the Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF). Refer to FILTER, DIESEL PARTICULATE, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .

   2 - Front Heat Shield

   3 - Front Heat Shield Nut

2. Remove the front heat shield nuts and the front heat shield.

INSTALLATION 

Follow the removal procedure in reverse for general reassembly of the components on the vehicle.

• Install the front heat shield and securely tighten the front heat shield nuts.
